The manufacturing facilities are equipped with 20 Injection Moulding Machines, ranging from 80 tonnes to 650 tonnes. The Flagship works at Shahapur is centrally located between the two prime cities Mumbai and Nashik, a two hours drive of 80 kilometers to either cities.
Shahapur Manufacturing unit has most sophisticated "Gas Assisted Injection Moulding Machinery",which very few Industries are equipped with. All the manufacturing units are Sophisticated moulding shops with latest Machineries, Accessories and necessary back-up Mould Chillers, Mould Temperature Controller, Hot-air Hoppers, Auto Hopper Loaders, Oil Filtration Machines, Ovens, Mixers, Compressors and Generators. Post Moulding operations like Ultrasonic Welding, Screen Printing, Spray Painting, Assembly of components, Shrink Wrapping, Special packaging requirements and Component testing can be carried out in-house at almost all plants.
